A Friend of Mine

I have a friend her name is Ann.
I saw her one day she had a sickness at hand.
 She had a sickness like mine
A sickness of the mind,
 She is bipolar, while i am schizophrenic
I have a split mind, while sometimes she is manic.
 The last day of exams at work she had to go home last.
I stayed and waited for her and she said she didn't pass.
 We walked down the hall to go outside,
while she was swaying my way
She said she wants to go to U.P.
and lie in Sunken Garden all day.
 I said let's go, There's no harm in trying.
Deep inside I felt that might be exciting.
 We went and lied there
Almost for a whole while
she told me stories of her life's wiles
 I said let's go to Sogo
she said she don't know
We talked a little
and then went for a go.
